- How to clean:
1. Wash cast iron cookware with soap/gel/liquid.
2. Dry completely with a clean towel or paper towel 3. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the surface of the cookware, Store in a cool, dry place. - To Season cast iron cookware: 1. Pour a little vegetable oil & use a clean cloth to apply oil around the entire cookware surface, including the outer portion 2. Mildly heat the cookware 3. Wipe off excess oil, if any. Store cookware until next use.
